Some perceive traditional design to be staid and predictable, but this house reflects the global influence upholding Indian art and architecture. The lavish property encompasses international refinement and the local culture. Glimpses of modern art in the colossal wall panelling in the main house entrance and Karaikudi wood with artistically painted was used for Thinnai, a concrete platform found in traditional houses of Tamil Nadu. The authenticity of the design lies in its accessories elements, where the team ensured carvings in every furniture piece, such as mirrors, tables, and chairs.
